✔ Linen will be changed once a week. Unless otherwise requested.
✔ Laundry Service available upon request (Please Ask for rates) – Each Chalet is equipped with a laundry bag.
Check-In time is between 14:00 pm-17:00 pm daily.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, arrangements must be made 2 hours prior to ensure that we can accommodate you.
Arrivals after 18:00 pm will be charged at an additional R 100.00.
Check-Out time: is strictly @ 10:00 am. No exceptions. This is to ensure that our Chalets is up to standard for new arrivals.
Keys can be dropped in the red post box at the chalet parking area & TV Remotes must be left on top of the fridge.
Early Departures: Keys can be dropped in the red post box at the chalet parking area upon early departure,
in this case TV Remotes must be left on top of the fridge.
No breakage fee will be charged, however we do charge a standard admin fee of R350 per booking.
